2. That happened to me when I wrote a really great letter

to Lisa Murkowski about the Boxer rebellion after the election and she wrote back to me about something completely off topic, I can't remember what now. Obviously a mix-up somewhere in her stuff. Since then, though, she has responded consistently (although not always the way I want her to) to my letters and even some of the petitions I've signed (of the "we'll notify your senator" variety), so I guess they got the glitches worked out. I don't even bother with Ted Stevens. He's too old and crotchety.
