I remember when the article came out. I was not convinced at first, but after watching him over this past year I just can't come to any other conclusion. In this one tiny way, we are fortunate that it isn't him running the show.

with drinking.

Incoherent
Accident prone
Arrogant
Trouble focusing
Dilated pupils
A history of alcohol addiction

Someone needs to do an intervention...
