His job appproval is above 40% in that poll. The one that's below 40% is "is the country headed in the right direction." Now, that's an interesting statistic in itself because it means there are 8% of respondants who believe the country is headed in the wrong direction, but approve of the way bush is doing his job. Boggles the mind.
