I hope Bush is watching Aaron Brown!
Oh wait! He's in bed sleeping soundly.

3. I can't watch Aaron Brown
his fake thoughtfulness galls me. I saw which way he was leaning during the Iraq War buildup and dropped him then.

4. I wish one reporter would get the balls to ask him...
"How many soldiers have died in Iraq?"

I'll bet he doesn't know.

6. I got to talk to Aaron Brown @ Dulles Airport last July..
He was catching a plane to Atlanta, and I was catching a plane to Anchorage.

It was pretty cool stopping him to say hello, because he actually sat down for a few minutes and chatted :o !!

I told him how much I enjoyed it when he had General Clark on every night. He was happy to hear it and said "Wes and I are really good buddies"

I have no idea what he's like once you get to know him.. ..but my brief encounter with him was pretty awesome :) !

7. The point of this thread is that Aaron...
did a piece on Iraq war dead. I caught the tail end of the story when i saw this post.

When I saw your other post where you said "I bet he doesn't know".. I thought you were referring to Aaron for a second.. :o

Now I know you're referring to the idiot spending the weekend at Camp David!! =whew= :) ;)

9. That was the point. I wish more people watched...if they did
they would know that he has a tribute to the war dead every night.
He honors the daily dead with pictures and pertinent information.
It has theme music which always gets my attention. I can't watch because it tells their ages. All so young to have their lives snuffed out before they barely begin...all because of our stinking president. I really don't know how he sleeps at night. Oh, I remember...he takes Ambien and is zonked out of his mind...which he doesn't have to take Ambien to do.

Anyway, Brown's program spent a half hour doing sad and touching essays about many of those killed in Iraq. It was without a doubt the best one I've seen.

He can't please everyone all the time so many people here don't watch him...which is their loss because he often does some great stories about the Iraq war. Funny how those that don't watch him are the ones that have all the criticism.

Of course I have a special fondness for Brown because he is the one who introduced us to Wesley Clark...who is a gift to America!
