Does anybody have a link to any informed speculation on what may happen if King Fahd passes away? I know that Crown Prince Abdullah has been the de facto ruler since Fahd's stroke in 1995, and is expected to be the next king, but is there any indication whether Abdullah would govern differently if he were King?
