Just saw a townhall meeting with him. He was fantastic. I've been looking at him all week, and guys, I'm sold. The man can deliver.

4. MaineD look what I just saw!
Saturday, January 24

“John Kerry is a man whose unparalleled record on environmental issues has earned him an extraordinary lifetime rating from the League of Conservation Voters, and he is clearly the strongest environmentalist in the field,”

“John Kerry understands that the American people need a president who will never roll over to corporate contributors at the expense of the health and safety of the public. I urge citizens and environmentalists in New Hampshire to cast their vote for John Kerry on Tuesday.”-- Deb Callahan, President of League of Conservation Voters

13. His speech today
In my email a bit ago:

"This morning Lori and I stood in a packed room full of NH voters, JK
supporters and our great bloggers and bawled. I want to describe that moment for you because, in a way, you were all there.

JK stood there giving the most pwerful description of what he will do for the environment. It was clear, direct, and absolutely right. He wasn't spinning wheels; he was painting the future.

It looks damned good! We have so many challenges in this country
today--this morning we got a chance to see how it COULD be. And those problems? SOLVABLE."

I just sent him some $$$.

To answer an earlier question, I followed the Iowa race, focusing on Dean and Clark in New Hampshire. I did not follow Kerry because he has had problems communicating his message (most apparent on an earlier MTP appearance). I have many of the same doubts about Dean that others have expressed. By the eve of the caucuses, I believed that Dean was not the man to beat Bush.

Since Iowa, I've looked closely at Clark, Edwards and Kerry. Watched the NH debate. Read position papers, etc. on the web. Looked closely at the experience factor. Very impressed with the veterans (Clelland, etc.) who are backing Kerry. And most impressed with how much better Kerry has gotten in speaking before a group and answering questions. Much less senatorial language, more to the point, and clearly expressing his ideas.

I'm convinced Kerry is the one who can beat Bush.

No need to leave money. You'll need to use it to build an underground tunnel to hide from the black helicopters.

11. Join the forum too!
There's a section in "volunteer" where different online people list their offline efforts. And lots of topics on every issue under the sun with people from all kinds of political persuasions and from all over the world. And it's actually pretty civil too! Welcome, again!
