7. Lugar's blaming Dems for investigating Bolton
Can't they just disagree on whether he's suited? The Dems aren't blaming Republicans for suporting him! Can't this be about Bolton instead of about the parties? Yeesh!

9. Well, it should be ---
Come on now, you are actually making sense... Decide if someone is confirmed based on their ability, their sensitivity to the post which they are assigned and track record? How outrageous!

No matter what sort of half-assed monkey the genius in the oval office wants to have confirmed, the democrats are labeled as "Divisive, irrational, conspiracy theorist lunatics."

Bolton has as much business being appointed to the U.N. post as our ambassador as Joseph Mengela has, being appointed as the Surgeon General...

:sarcasm:

11. This is what faux news said
On Tuesday, Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., decided to drop her plan to use procedural delays to prevent the debate on Bolton from beginning, according to spokeswoman Natalie Ravitz. Her decision came after conferring with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee's top Democrat, Joseph Biden of Delaware, and after the resolution of a sharply partisan battle over Senate filibusters that has seemed to take some of the wind out of the opposition to Bolton.
