1. Zell is still reminiscing about the good old days
when southern democrats were proper outspoken racists, and he's mad as hell because all the bigoted racist dixiecrats up and went and became Republican when the "neeeeeegras" and other minorities started voting for representation, leaving poor crazy as a loon Zell out in the wilderness to fend for himself hoping the good old days would return and that the south would rise again.

hi zell you poor pathetic slob of a human! :hi: Hope your other two balls rot off too.

If he became a Republican then non one would give a shit about him here in Georgia. I wish he would switch parties, go home to Young Harris and STFU forever. Geez. And to think, I voted for him for Governor: twice.
:grr:

3. And the Repub powers that be told him I bet that
"you can help the president more by staying as a Democrat than becoming a Republican like you want." As a "Democrat for Bush" he has more weight for them than as a turncoat.

5. It's worth more money to Zig Zag
If he was just another run-of-the-mill Angry Republican Shouter, he wouldn't get near the bookings and appearance fees that he can command as the former Democratic Senator from Georgia. And he's the perfect foil for President Cuckoo Bananas.

6. He's carving himself a niche....
so he can sell books. Not unlike the hate venom coming from the human piece of sh** Ann Coulter!

They have to be extreme to differentiate themselves from the pack, to make their mark.

7. He's more effective as a Republican that way.
If we had one of him in the Republican Senate, we could always count on a vote for our side on the other side of the aisle. As a Republican, he's just another sheep.
