Who the hell is making the decisions for this government? Certainly not the alleged "elected" President. When a President is not told of an impending security threat it means he is not in charge. On 9/11 Bush waited to receive orders from someone as he sat in the classroom.

No one is ever held accountable because no one knows who is in charge. Why don't the American people see this?
