DeLay-lovefest recap on NPR
Just aired a story about the puke-fest that took place last night to "celebrate" :puke: their leader . . . what crap. The snippets of his speech curdled the milk in my coffee - he was talking about how successful the GOP has been over the past ten years and all their moral accomplishments, ending with a diatribe about partial birth abortion, preserving the sanctity of marriage, and defending all life regardless of its quality because life is measured not by its quality but by its creation by the maker (paraphrasing here, but you get the point) . . . .

holy shit, why doesn't this guy stop being a politician and just become a Reverend already. its clear cares nothing about the separation of church and state, and makes decisions NOT based on his oath of office (with the exception of the "so help me god" part) and rather based on his own interpretation of the bible . . .
