Since there are so few journalists left in the corporate media.

This is unbelievable!

3. That way I can pay to have people not get it?
In what way is this possibly going to inform anyone?

At the very least www.READtheMEMO.com or something like that.

5. Ding! Outstanding.
But:

This is the placeholder for domain readthememo.com. If you see this page after uploading site content you probably have not replaced the index.html file.

4. Start a web site showcasing the memo, tie in with bumper stickers ".com"
Place media contact information on the site as well.

Start a grass-roots movement to make it known, and to not let it fall away into the mists of the "ignore it and it'll go away" crowd.

7. That is hilarious! If we could all just buy sticker paper from Avery,
Edited on Mon May-09-05 06:31 PM by applegrove
and then down load the 'bumper sticker of the day'. And have some 'goo remove' nearby for build-up.

Oh - that is hilarious!!

Me I don't have a car. But I might just put the 'daily' bumper sticker on my ***!:woohoo:

It's where I got the one below made. $35 (incl. p&h) for 100 - and once you're on the mailing list, they send you email coupons for discounts regularly. With a coupon, my batch only cost $25 for 100 total.

12. According to Lakoff, the "lies" charge doesn't stick.
Edited on Wed May-11-05 09:34 AM by ClassWarrior
Everybody accepts that presidents lie, and we all lie to one degree or another (little white lies, etc.). So "lying" isn't a word that inflicts much damage to Bush**. Lakoff says we should instead be saying, "Bush** betrayed the trust of the American people."

Remember, the Radical RW didn't say, "Clinton lied about Monica." They said, "Clinton sat there and wagged his finger and deceived the American public." While the American people will give a pass to "lying," they don't take too well to "being betrayed."

Reframe... reframe... reframe...

Oh, and welcome!!! B-)
