Seems the local preacher who is allowing this shit to go on here in Louisville is just CONVINCED that they are in no danger of loosing their tax status unless they endorse a candidate. Well, the dumbdick obviously never read the statute, because a lobbying effort (and I think we can all agree that this AT LEAST falls under that) can make you loose it too. If someone can provide me the recording, I'll submit the claim. I think living here ought to at least give me in rem standing to file.
