House Roll Call Vote on S.256, "Consumer Protection and Bankruptcy Reform"
http://clerk.house.gov/cgi-bin/vote.asp?year=2005&rollnumber=108

73 so-called Democrats voted for this one-sided bill, a giveaway to the banks and credit card companies--otherwise know as" The Millionaires Protection Act."

I will no longer be supporting Jim Davis to be the next governor of Florida. Let him look to the banks and credit card companies to finance his campaign.

3. I just called his office and told them that.
I had called earlier in the day, and the aide said he was undecided. That was just about the time they were voting. I will not vote for him as governor.

In a letter to Congress two months ago, 104 bankruptcy law professors predicted that "the deepest hardship" would "be felt in the heartland," where the filing rates are highest - Utah, Tennessee, Georgia, Nevada, Indiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Ohio, Mississippi and Idaho.

11. Ron Kind--what a traitor. What a slimeball. What a whore.
I can't believe I voted for the guy. Runs as a pro-citizen progressive, but the first chance he gets he bends over for the credit industry, which gave him over $100,000 in campaign money in 2004 alone. We need a primary challenge for this douchebag.

To find out who bribed your Rep., and for how much, go to opensecrets.org!

14. DINOism must run in the Salazar family
He's not my rep. but I notice Jon Salazar on that list. A bit of research reminded me that Ken cast his vote as "yea" as well.

Family DINOism...blech:puke::puke::puke::puke::puke:

15. Uh...so much for "bipartisan healing"
Everytime I check these things, those fuckers all march lock-step -- and, of course, our fake Dems follow.

16. Also known as the "Fuck The Servicemember Act"
Some folks tried to add some protection for military folks coming back from combat areas, but hell no! the credit companies are more important than some poor fuckup who left his job to join his Guard unit in Iraq for less money.

Support your military, vote for Democrats!
