more police surveillance among Fresno Peace Groups
http://www.fresnobee.com/local/story/10259715p-11070404c.html

A student peace group claims two undercover law enforcement officers attended a lecture it sponsored, violating California's ban against covert monitoring of political, religious, social or educational meetings without proof of a past or planned crime.

read the article for more examples of recent undercover work in defiance of AG guidelines and California Constitutional protections.

2. Of course not
This is standard COINTELPRO stuff. Infiltrate meetings, report back to superiors. At any public demonstration, the agitprop plant incites or foments some misbehavior, or brings along some goons that he vouches for and they misbehave, thereby discrediting the whole group. It's a pretty sleazy tactic, but one that's been used by the forces of repression for over a century to discourage citizens from assembling peaceably and working to the detriment of the ruling class.

5. well with an interesting exception or two
this is California, where there are rules and precedents prohibiting this sort of conduct in a school environment. What we have here is a very interesting opportunity to confront the homeland fascists
who have violated state law. I wouldnt expect much support from the installed governator, but in the right courts it could be pretty good.
Whats PRETTY DAMN SAD is the apparent lack of interest from all the "hardcore DU Democrats" in something as significant as this, as opposed to following the corporate media's bouncing ball through the Schiavo/Pope/Michael Jackson type of Dog and Pony shows they utilize SPECIFICALLY to keep y'all from paying attention to the important shit that is going down right here, right now. IF you cant be bothered worrying about the rights of students to hear and attend without secret police over their shoulder, then you MAY AS FUCKING WELL mark your ballots for Bush to begin with and save them the trouble of fraud. and quit bitching about the corporate/fascist
media's lack of attention to real issues while you sit glued to your boob tube sucking it in like a beer.

jesus fucking christ.
