I taught high school for 30 years, and was tought two sections of sex ed/HIV every year since 1990.

I promise... the kids had heard of blowjobs before Clinton. All the way down to elementary school.

When the little 15 year olds told me that oral sex (hell, even anal sex) was common among the kids even younger than them, I was stunned.

I've been around the block a couple of times, but that was new to me.

Incidentally, this was a damn-near all white school district considerably above the median income level.
