1. Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act
I thought this was already passed?

Doesn't the idea of "Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention" make you want to either laugh or cry? I mean, can't they do something about spousal abuse? Animal abuse? No, they've got to protect that poor abused bankruptcy. No protection for the people who are in bankruptcy, though.

How can they even have the nerve to tie "Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention" into Concsumer Protection? Disgusting.

2. Man, the "Native American Housing Enhancement Act of 2005" is...
...the only one that doesn't sound like either a waste of time, or funneling money to Rich Repukes, but knowing the "Orwellian New Speak" they use, it could be a bill to cut their funding for housing.:banghead:

3. I don't know... I kind of like the sound of, "increased capital access"
and "Real time investor" protection provided the former helps me grow a small business and the latter helps prevent another Enron debacle.

Here's to hoping...
