Sean Hannity, the talking-point spouting mouthpiece on Fox News' Hannity & Colmes was recently caught by Harry Shearer slamming a Democratic congressman as an "asshole" when Hannity didn't realize he was being recorded.

Strangely, Hannity is constantly decrying the lack of civility from Democrats, but in the recording goes on to say "I hate these people".

Down here in Texas i know a LOT of repugs that hate him for just saying the same dang thang over and over again and not letting the guest talk at all. But they like Allen Colems because he lets the guest talk and these are hardcore repugs so i find it odd that they like the Democrat and not the repug.

I am just pointed out yet another hypocritical act by a repug. Remember they are supposed to be the "Moral" party? I don't know if Hannity espouses Christianity on his show or not but my guess is he does.

I curse all I want and I really don't think it means anything. But then I don't try and make people perceive me as something different.

I wouldn't care a bit about his language if he didn't posture as the ultimate moral human being. It's the right wing that has a problem with language, for the most part. The thing is, they swear, too...it's just they try not to get caught. :D

10. In a way, I think it shows he's not a hypocrite.

Sometimes I think that people like Rush, etc. just say the shit they say because it's their job and they make fortune and fame doing it. Surely Limbaugh knows that much of what he says is just bullshit rhetoric, I mean, that's what he does, he's a pro at it. Surely he knows.

At least Hannity is really an idiot and really believes in his idiot ways. I think that's better. Maybe just a little.
