State cancels education hearing for Santorum (farking freeloader!)

A hearing officer appointed by the state Department of Education won't conduct a hearing into whether the children of U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum are residents of the Penn Hills School District.

The department had announced that a public hearing would be conducted, but Bethany Yenner, department spokeswoman, yesterday said in an e-mail: "The parties involved have agreed to work together and not go to a hearing. They will work together to submit a joint stipulation of facts and exhibits to the office of general counsel by May 9."

You'll recall that the moral values of the Santorums allowed them to cause the Penn Hills School District to spend $100K so that their children could attend the PA Cyber School (while technically residents of Virginia). Here's a link to a previous story about their fraud, and the hearing that WAS scheduled, but has now been cancelled:

This hearing was supposed to be public. Guess Ricky is going to "stipulate" in private. Does anyone else smell bullshit? :grr:

2. This issue is here to stay for Tricky Ricky.
PA voters are not going to forget how he ripped off the taxpayers.
He can "submit joint stipulations of facts" all he wants...we WILL remember!
