Santorum was mingling with the freak show at the nursing home in Pinellas Beach. Then they talked. Scarborough actually said something to the effect that we had to do something about judges who don't do what the legislative branch tells them to do. Santorum agreed. They don't have a damned clue. Did anyone else see that?

high school civics, it seems. I thought the legislature makes laws and then the judiciary interprets them. Did I miss something?
