What if Terri Schiavo succumbed to her brain damage during the Bush admin?
Speaking of this Bush administration of course, and not of Daddy's.

I just wanted to point out that Terri Schiavo's family would not be able to sue for malpractice if this occured during the Bush administration because of the passing of tort reform laws in this country. Next, because the family would not be able to sue, they would also not be able to declare backruptcy in order to protect themselves financially. They would essentially be told to pick themselves up by the bootstraps at such a tough time. So when you think about republicans making a another big stink about cherishing life, here is some info for them to ponder.
