Bush out of touch with poor working people
Edited on Fri Mar-25-05 06:00 PM by rniel
Remember the story when Bush senior years ago went into a grocery store saw the scanners and was amazed that they had them. He was amazed and had no clue because he's probably never been in a grocery store before.

Bush Junior is the same way with his social security fixins. He just doesn't get it why average poor working people are not excited to throw all their money in the stock market. He's completely out of touch with American people. He lives in another world. A world where it's the norm to have money in stocks.

2. Would explain a lot
Except I would think if the bush family are aliens they would at least have superior intelligence going for them.

3. this is old news
I don't want to offend you but really this is common knowledge. The man has no idea of how ordinary folks live. He has always had family wealth and connections to save him. His personality type does not allow for empathy. He's truly clueless.

7. The only poor people
he has ever been in contact with are the ones his ilk would refer to as the 'help'.

8. Out of touch with people like the Schiavo's because of laws he's passing..
Talk about hypocrisy. If Bush and his corporate fascist's would have been around when this happened the Schiavo's would have likely NEVER had a malpractice case--it would have been a trivial lawsuit in Bush's book.

If they would have somehow got past that stumbling block and the case allowed to go to trial all they would have received would have been 250K. Doing the math the money would have run out in about three years. By 1996 Schiavo would have been trying to take care of his wife on nothing but what he makes which I'm guessing would have been impossible.

If this tragedy would have been in Texas she would have had her feeding tube removed in 1999 and died. Thats the reality of the Bush administration laws,THEY would have let her die before years before all of this hit the media and never thought twice about it.
