Why haven't they made living wills demanding that they be fed and kept on life support no matter what?

Why haven't all the catholics taken care to make sure they are never denied nutrition?

Aren't they scared that a mortal sin will be committed if they were disconnected while in a PSV?

Or, maybe, they would make that choice for themselves while leaving others the indignity of being conservative pawns.
