1. Don't they realize
they are actually fanning the flames which could lead to violence.

It's irresponsible to even suggest taking custody without legal authority....

3. The majority over there
think jeb should just barge in and take Terri in absence of legislative action and in spite of the courts decision...

Are these inmates in some prison somewhere messing with our heads?

REALLY! Are freepers all criminals?

Remember, this is a group of people who only care about the rule of law when it is convenient to them. Otherwise, fsck it.

Yes, please
Lord forgive me for asking for this poor woman's suffering to be extended for purposes of causing an implosion on the evil and foul elements of the Republican party, but perhaps this is the good that can come from her suffering.

4. What are they asking?
(from link above)

Opinion Poll: Governor Bush's attorney says the DCF could take protective custody of Mrs. Schiavo. Should this be done immediately, with or without court approval or legislative action?

Yes

No

Undecided

Pass

They're asking two different questions - retards can't even push-poll correctly...:eyes:

Notice how non members are allowed to vote, but the results are still overwhelmingly favorable to the Freep position.

8. That could be
because people like me REALLY WANT the right to overstretch themselves on this issue. I want them to take extraordinary extralegal actions that will further alienate them from the American public.

Name one rural red stater who likes the idea of government forces barging into their homes to taking a member of their family custody, especially after the courts have consistently ruled that current actions were legal.

Give them more rope.

Keep Schiavo front and center.

but you have to account for a few who don't have the reading comprehension to understand the poll question and chose the 'wrong' response.

13. They finally have a notice posted that. "Any posts advocating violence....
will be removed".........I'm glad they got a handle on that. People were getting a little hyper over there. This post REALLY gets me......

Jeb Bush, noble as his actions may appear, is engaging in a "substantive" indifference by adhering too closely to the "rule of law" and "separation of powers" doctrines. What is going on here is no different than the rape and murder of Jessica Lunsford by John Couey, only in this case the crime is in slow-motion. Jeb Bush needs to use FORCE (state police, Florida National Guard) and NOW to save this woman's life. He can transport Terri to a safe location to be rehydrated and--finally-rehabilitated. All the leftist enemy understands is force; all the leftist enemy understands is the barrel of a gun. Even famous radio personalities like Limbaugh and Sean Hannity in a way are indifferent. All they do is talk about this, and have not been urging any mass action against the hospice. Ditto (sadly) for the Catholic Church (my church).

She can be "finally rehabilitated". :eyes: Dude, it hasn't happened in 15 years and it never will Each day the possibility of her recovering has lessened.

"All the leftist enemy understands is force". "All the enemy understands is the barrel of a gun". :wtf: No, dude! WE believe in the rule of law, WE believe in separation of church and state, WE believe in checks and balances. YOU believe in totalitarianism. YOU believe that the ultimate way to solve a problem is with violence. YOU are wiping your ass with the Constitution of the United States of America!

There some sick fucks over there.......why did I look? WHY did I soil myself by looking at that ridiculous site! :grr: I'm going to take a nap.

16. yes, yes, yes, free Terri and rehabilitate her... that'll show us
That'll show all those people who believe in science what a true religious miracle looks like. Terri's liquified brain will suddenly become whole again and she will go on a speaking tour touting the wisdom of the Bush brothers. She will visit them on holidays and everything. She may be a little blank in the face like Laura, but that is what that process does to women.

I'm sure he personally fantasizes about being able to take a bat or a gun to Greer, MS or any other person who aided in keeping TS off the tube.

Hell, if he issued the call the FReeps would line up behind his wheelchair in a second.

20. If there is violence
in FL then I think you have to hold the Bush boys responsible. They could get these nutcases under control in 5 minutes and never should have incited this behavior to begin with. This is totally the results of every single person who voted for either of the Bushes. NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING, is below what they will do.

We are in BUSHWORLD now. Does ANYONE still think there will be a free election in 2008.

23. That's the problem. It's beyond their control now.
Edited on Thu Mar-24-05 12:14 PM by Azathoth
The GOP usually keeps the religious nutballs in a state of constant low-level outrage and anger, which keeps them motivated enough to vote and make public spectacles of themselves, but still calm enough to be controlled. The GOP has crossed the line with this one, however. They've gotten these people -- many of whom were probably not mentally stable to begin with -- worked up into such a frothing frenzy that they are no longer controllable.

Ironically, the religious nutjobs are going to start attacking the very people who got them worked up in the first place. When Jeb chickens out and refuses to send the national guard in to forcibly remove Terri, they are going to turn on him.

30. I think
even if either Bush brothers or both of them try to calm them down and say they couldn't do anything (which will probably happen) it will cause chaos and violence with these people. They've already proven they're violent wanting the military to get involved. They'll ignore both Bush's and just storm in. I fear for all the people in the hospice.
