If you do, Thank him and his partner from me and from Democrats everywhere.
NPR did a great News Piece on this photo, and the MAJOR trouble it's going to cause for the Scumbags at USA NEXT (formerly know as United Seniors Association).
See, USA Next are the Scumbags that ran the web ad that implied the AARP's REAL agenda was Anti-Troops and Pro Gay-Marriage. They also DO NOT EVER disclose who they take money from or give their money too, but because they stole the picture they used, and the two men in the photo decided to file a not so frivolous lawsuit, That's all going to change.
Because of the "Discovery Rules," The lawyer for the two men MUST be given access to that info. Now THAT is what you call, "Opening up a Can of Worms!"
Here's the link to the NPR story, they explain it better than me, and you can hear what a total scumbag this USA Next guy is.
USA Next, AARP Battle for Seniorsby Peter Overby
All Things Considered, March 22, 2005 · Behind the fight over possible legislation to overhaul Social Security is a battle for the allegiance of older voters -- and it's turning nasty. A conservative group called USA Next surprised a lot of people by running an online ad attacking the senior citizens' group AARP. The ad charged that AARP's "real agenda" wasn't Social Security or any other seniors' issue, but rather an alleged opposition to the troops in Iraq and alleged support for gay marriage. NPR's Peter Overby reports.
