The appeals court judges in the Schiavo case

A three-judge panel of the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta took part in today's 2-1 ruling. Judges Frank M. Hall and Ed Carnes were in the majority. Judge Charles R. Wilson dissented.

Here is a look at the judges:

FRANK M. HALL

Born: Dec. 9, 1948, Augusta, Ga.
