Congressional Republicans....busy little subpoena beavers.
Republicans have been busy little beavers this week, exerting moral authority over Terry Shiavo and major league baseball. Who will be called before Congress next? People who aren`t obeying the government`s food pyramid chart? Atheists? Pet owners who refuse to use flea collars? This is beyond belief.

Let me get this straight. At least 1,521 soldiers have been killed for a lie. Iraq is plastered with depleted uranium. Polluters are self-regulating. Gas prices are through the roof. Our jobs have gone to India. We`re in debt up to our eyeballs. Canada has become America`s pharmacy. In the middle of all this, Republicans send out TOM DELAY to trash Terry Shiavo`s husband. That makes less sense than sending out Ken Lay to discuss ways to conserve on our energy useage.

How much longer will the "moral majority" swallow this swill? I mean, are we just one giant nation of bobble-heads smiling from the car`s rear window? Freedom-Lovers on Board...Honk if you love Jesus. Is this just one big happy, everything-is-beautiful smile-a-thon?

Beam me up. It will be a cold day in Hell before Republicans in Congress have the moral authority to dictate any values. More to their credit would be a big bonfire for their Fascism 101 notes.

1. Since they have no intention of solving the big problems
(which they created anyway), they have to get busy with other stuff. The Schiavo thing freaks me out--they're ignoring every court order, including "their" Supreme Court.

7. There were over 700 protests today - 2 years in Iraq 3/19/03-05
No coverage. 1,500 Marched from Loring Park in Minneapolis, MN. 2 Police Cars were enough to keep traffic & protesters in line.

No coverage. I saw a pic of someone from Kare 11 taken by a DUer Dodger 501 - but I don't do TV, and it isn't on their website, so I don't know if the piece got air time. I doubt it.

Minneapolis pics taken by MN DUer Dodger 501 at http://www.dodgerdigital.com/rally

2. Was just on the phone with my sister asking why no one is
complaining about anything any more. Where are the demands like were made on Clinton to do something about gas costs? I loved your answer:
"just one giant nation of bobble-heads"! You nailed it!!

6. I'd rather have cheese-eating surrender monkeys in Congress
than busy little subpoena beavers, any day. Great rant!
