This electin is about BEATING *

Democrats ought to be running away from Dean as fast as they can. Most people didn't even know who he was and the first thing they heard is he's a MADMAN.
Why is anybody even Dean people trying to revive the weak sister?? There are 3 other democrats who don't have Dean's baggage so why would you fight for somebody you never heard of a year ago.

EYE ON THE PRIZE

1. Because a LOT of people have given him money
And in Vegas terms, they're "chasing their losses."

6. Don't forget all of the endorsements.
Lots of house and senate dems (state and national) have already endorsed Dean.
I wonder if Dick G. is pissed that he dropped out.

about his opponent and was floating dead in the water.

Comeback kid? Ever hear of those?

9. I don't mean to sound rude, but
how old are you? You sound like you are in Jr. High School. If you think about it logically, Gen. Clark was a Rebublican a year ago, so your arguement is weak when you say Dean was unheard of a year ago.

11. Dean is the ONLY one that can beat *
Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Lieberman, and Kucinich carry far too much baggage for them to really challenge * without getting clobbered.

the guy is a one-issue candidate.
he would get crushed by Bush.

foreign policy is not a weakness of bush in the eyes of most people.

you should run as fast as you can away from Clark.

18. You watch too much football.
I'd be equally hapy with Kerry as I would be with Dean (they both have strengths and weaknesses that I think make them equally likely to win in Nov)... and I've knocked Dean before, but Dean is FAR from finished.

Every week is either a big UP or a big DOWN in the NFL. A team starts the year 3-0 and everyone istalking playoffs and super bowl. Then they lose two and it's "when will the coach be fired".

The news media has super-hyped this as the end of Dean, but I could see Clark winning NH (Iowa & NH hardly ever pick the same guy) and Edwards winning SC and Dean STILL wins the nomination. He's far from out in the polls and has plenty of cash left to spend. He's also got a big block of superdelegates in his corner.

Iowa was good for democracy and bad for Democrats (the nomination won't be wrapped up in a purdy bow for someone - the fight could hurt us), but it was NOT the whole nomination in a box.

Next week it will be the surprising rise of "X" and "what happened to Kerry?". I'd still say it's a 50/50 chance that Dean is our nominee.

verifying what you think most people heard, it's hard to take your post seriously. :D

22. You're writing him off after the 1st primary race ??? Come on !!
We've still got a long way to run on this marathon.

Although I've supported Dean all these months, if he loses out to Kerry or Clark (or some other Dem) I'm not gonna piss and moan and threaten to take my ball (my vote) away from the playground by staying home or voting third-party.

As you see on my avatar, NO W !!!
Anybody But Bush/Cheney !!! That's the bottom line.

Whoever wins the Dem nomination, I'll support that candidate.

23. Weak Sister? The "weak sisters" are the ones who voted for the IWR.
You aren't doing Clark any favors by attacking Dean. My possible vote for Clark, if Dean doesn't get it, is mighty shaky considering Clark's lobbying for the "defense" industry and support of SOA.

26. Dean is finished?
and who are you? So far two elections have been held in DC which Dean won and Iowa which Dean lost but came in third ahead of several other candidates. Let's see where he places or how he does in NH. Let's see how your candidate does as well. If he begins to lose I hope Dean supporters will show him and you a little more courtesy than you have always showed us.

a human being running for president who is not always a programmed automaton, and who has "inappropriate" emotive lapses. The media of course is piling on this opportunity to rip down a candidate which it built up (their favorite game, except with Smirky). I believe that the death of Dean's candidacy is exaggerated. Let's wait to see what foibles the other candidates have manufactured for them by the junta's media.
