Army Commercial during Discover Kids

I Tivo "Popular Mechanics for Kids" on the Discovery Kids Channel for my son, and have noticed that during breaks for this show targeted toward pre-teens and new teens (though my 4 year old enjoys it) there are commercials for the Army. I can't believe they advertise to this segment of the population.

What next? Animated commercials?
