The Republicans think it's perfectly alright to send 150,000 of our bravest to die in a foreign country and once the blood starts getting spilled change the reason they were sent there to begin with as long as their agenda gets fulfilled.

1. And then hide the dead, as if in shame.
I agree. I don't know where anyone gets off spouting the tired old line about Dems not supporting the troops, when repukes have done everything possible to treat our men and women of the armed forces like so much meat. :grr:

2. Now, Now
We have to make the world safe for Halliburton, don't you know. Anyway, the Repukes show their support for the troops all the time, by cutting veterans benefits. How any human being with a brain can vote for these fucks is beyond my comprehension.

4. Why should 1500 Americans die so Iraq can have "democracy"?
Not to mention the injured, and mentally screwed up when they arrive home. I won't even go into the money we've spent there which is needed so desperately here.

Bernie Ward is talking about this now. He's saying it took 168 days to get the bullet proof vests into Iraq to our soliders and in other countries it took TWELVE days!!! :wtf: Are they TRYING to murder them?! Wait. They did that when they lied to get in there!!!!!! Murders! And what else is disgusting is the other countries ordered these vests from US SUPPLIERS!!!!!! SO WHAT THE HELL?! More then 200 soliders were killed
between the time the Pentagon shut down body armor till new vests started arriving again. The administration bears the blame but they don't. The army contracted out with a defense department researcher 10,000 vests (a man who never mass produced ANYTHING). He tried to ramp up and simply said "forget it" and didn't produce a SINGLE thing. His company has never successfully manufactered anything and they hired him to do this job. The Pentagon made so many delays one factory was forced to close down their place for two months and lay off empolyees while soldiers are waiting for their vests. They also failed to push factories to push delays on the humvee armor and according to some troops they feel they feel that the Pentagon punished soliders who spoke out about the delays.
