Tavis Smiley's annual seminar is on C-SPAN--Dems should listen up

because part of his agenda is to speak to all political camps about formulating a contract with the black community which must be endorsed by candidates to get votes. This is rubber meets the road time. He's directing this conference to Rs and Ds. Good for him. Tune in.
