Better Off Under President Kerry?
Wednesday, February 16, 2005

Kerry Says U.S. Would Be 'Better Off' With His Military Proposals
This is a partial transcript of "The Big Story With John Gibson," February 15, 2005, that has been edited for clarity.

JOHN GIBSON, HOST: We'll never know for sure, but John Kerry (search) says we would all be "far better off" — "far better off" — if he had won in November. Kerry saying his plans for the military in Iraq were dead-on perfect and President Bush is still trying to catch up.

6. not banned, but if you meant it as a real news source
it's not since they just bash Kerry such as trying to imply here that Kerry said things would be perfect under him rather than make it about the real issues of what Kerry proposed and whether it would be better.

2. I'm sure he didn't really say "dead-on perfect"
but I agree we'd be far better off. No doubt about that.

7. John Gibson did his usual Bush-kissing, but
Martin Frost was good.

I was afraid Martin Frost would be another Zell Miller on Fox News.
