In Georgia, the state legislature is working on a "tort reform bill",

while at the same time they are working on a bill requring a 24-hour waiting period before a woman can have an abortion. Her doctor is supposed to give her information about the developing fetus and the "fact" that abortion "causes breast cancer." They also included a provision that would allow husbands and grandparents to SUE the doctor if this information was not given to a woman and she has an abortion.

But I guess some of them saw the hypocrisy and the right to sue provision and the breast cancer misinformation were removed from the anti-abortion bill.
