1. Our tax dollars paid Ari Fleisher's salary and paid for the
upkeep of that building.

We, the public, should be able to get a list of who has attended those press conferences for the past years.

2. Hard to tell for sure, but it does look like him.
Nothing that would override the denials of Rove & Co., but if I had to choose on this evidence alone, I'd say yes, that's him.

5. Yes but...
Does anyone know when the video was posted on the site. The McClellan stuff may have been shot in November 2002 but it could have been edited and placed online later.

I went back through the C-Span archives and the earliest I found was 2-25-03

6. West Wing 100th Anniversary video
The description by "ElGringo," who posted the images on the "PR Watch" forum, says this:

"According to the White House website, this video is part of an exclusive presentation to celebrate the West Wing 100th Anniversary and, according to the State Department, was presented on November 13th, 2002." ~ El Gringo
http://www.prwatch.org/forum/showthread.php?t=5358

------------

The images are from the "West Wing 100th Anniversary" video series. If the video was "presented" November 13, that would place Gannon at the White House in 2002.

White House Celebrates 100th Anniversary of the West Wing

Life in the White House -- An exclusive presentation by whitehouse.gov

On November 13, to celebrate the West Wing's 100th anniversary, the White House unveiled "Life in the White House," an exclusive Web-based presentation of the rich history of the White House and West Wing.

The presentation offers Web-exclusive video tours of the White House led by President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Laura Bush, Lynne Cheney and other White House Officials. Articles and anecdotes highlight the history of the White House and West Wing, including features on family life, life in the Press Briefing Room, life in the Blue Room (the center of the house), and a look at art and furnishings of the State Floor in videos narrated by White House Curator William Allman.

7. Never mind
McClellan didn't become White House Press Secretary until July 2003.
