7. Where is the evidence that she caused injury to a single person?
She didn't have a fair trial.

They played a tape of Osama bin Laden at her trial, which is prejudicial and unrelated to the charges against her.

4. She's not worth it.
She agreed to a court order. The evidence she violated that order is overwhelming. She's a lawyer, and knew the impact of her actions.

Not worth the effort.
