The Daily Show - last night's show coming up on the Comedy Channel

at 10 am. Did a search to see if there was a thread about last night's show and couldn't find one. It was great Cobert did a long riff on the Gannon scandal by pretending to come out with his real name "Jim Hitler" and a bunch of scandals that he confessed. Very funny.

If you haven't seen it, near a TV, watch, The Daily Show just burns the White House. Will re-run again tonight at 7 pm and 11:30 pm.

The Daily Show gets in several really good statements like, "bloggers fact check everything" and call the repugs "Blog Cabin Republicans."

Drip, drip, drip....SnottyScotty...are you getting worried about your job?

If this is a dupe, sorry, I did do a search but came up with nothing.

what credibility do they have? all they do is fact check...while members of the press corp take the time to handwrite WH press releases and talking points...

It was definitely a big jab at the MSM for trying to bash the "blogosphere". It was great. I just looked for a clip of it on Comedy Central's website, but I don't think it's up yet.

6. Stewart talking about CNN - they can claim "you heard it here

12th" and love the "holding his feet to the fire making it easier for a reach around" giving a funny arm movement to simulate a reach from behind to the front, etc. move.

Correction - not Jim Hitler, Ted Hilter. Stewart comes very close to losing it during that bit.
