Given the court ruling that requires two main stream journalists to give up their sources and reveal what they know about how the Whitehouse senior staff illegally revealed the identity of CIA opreative Valerie Plame, the only thing that the criminals have going for them is that the reporters are principled first amendment folks who will fight tooth and nail to keep their secret.

How long will the right be able to bash the "liberal press" while its members are in jail protecting the real criminals in the Whitehouse.

Seems to be the same as the ACLU coming to the rescue of Rush Limbaugh and his medical records. I would have actually mustered some respect for Limbaugh if he had turned down the help of the "flaming liberals," but, alas, it was not to be.

2. It all becomes clear once you understand

the conservatives commitment to the idea that the Wealthy in America are special people who deserve all sorts of extra benefits and blessings not accorded us lesser mortals.
