Does the president seem notably absent?
I've watched the MSM the past couple of days and also read several newspapers.

Although his SS plan and other policy ideas are being floated, * seems absent from the national dialogue--as if he's on vacation or something.

I haven't seen him making statements on MSM broadcast outlets (interviews or press conferences).

What happened to his "Social Security Tour of Disinformation" that he was spreading around the country.

Is it me? Does * seem to be hunkering down?

Maybe GanukertGate is part of a diversion? After all, Iraq is disintegrating, his SS ideas are hated and his approvals are plummeting.

2. GuckertGate could be a serious problem
They may be working some damage control. The sky may just be the limit on this thing. Ask Red Rover. Maybe he knows.

12. Could be
Or they're just absent now so they don't get questioned about it and leave Scottie for all of that. It is strange how after the election he was working a whole lot and really fast and then he did his little tour and now he's disappeared. I don't like it. We know what happens when they all disappear. I haven't heard from Rice or Cheney lately either. I know Rumsfeld was in Iraq recently. So I wonder where his buddies are.

5. My mistake!
If you notice, I didn't capitalize it though.

But you're so right. He doesn't deserve that title. He certainly didn't earn it--or anything else that led up to him being in the White House.

;)

6. Let me guess....
...after this picture was taken, * and Gonzo jetted off to Sandals for an all-inclusive get-a-way.

OHmygosh!! Why are they looking at each other like that?

That's really disturbing!

Stop!

13. Funny how he gives that look
to everyone in his cabinet but not to Laura. Do y'all have any photos of him looking at her like that? Not even at the union speech did he glance at her much.

10. Being present is even sadder.
Every time I see this picture, it reminds me I grew up believing we had to respect the Office of the Presidency and I have sincerely tried to do so, but ......

no, no way, this must have been a bad dream. How did this happen?

11. Uh, were you referring to Bush?
Who cares where he's at. Rove and Cheney will let us know of the next radical movements of their administration.
