1. Is it David Rifkin?
he's a flunky lawyer who is a member of the pro-torture lobby and a regular guest of Fox.

2. Thus far, his first name is Mr. -- haven't seen or heard the first
name. Boy, is he a horrible human being though.

5. I was watching TV last night
And I ended up on MSNBC's Dan Abrams program, and this guy was on it. They were talking about Rumsfeld not going to Germany and as a possible war criminal. Rumsfeld will never face a court, we all know that. But this guy was defending Rumsfeld to the highest degree. I didn't understand why, because I didn't know who he was. But thanks to C-SPAN, I now know he was part of Reagan's administration. These guys have quite the racket. The American Propaganda War Money Machine can do bascially whatever it wants. Sell arms to who knows who, overthrow governments, kill people through economics or war, and none of it makes a damn bit of difference.

6. Bet he knows a lot about
Negroponte's operations in this hemisphere since he was part of the Reagan government then. Wanna make a bet he's helped to define torture before and perhaps said it was okay for death squads to operate?
