3. Ted is looking very un-Ted like lately
More like a Kennedy. I'm glad to hear he's finally acting like one too.

6. I've never seen Kennedy do such a great one on one interview. Ripped
Edited on Thu Jan-27-05 05:48 PM by KoKo01
at Blitzer with talking points one after the other in rapid fire sucession. Amazing. Blitzer actually hunched down in his chair like he was being scolded. It was great!

It actually made me think "something's up." Blitzer's doing a two part interview with him. More tomorrow.

He said Bush Mislead/Condi Mislead about getting us into Iraq and it would become another Vietnam and that's why we need to make plans to get out once the elections are over and troops are trained. Says the Iraqi's must have a firm commitment that we are getting out so that the training will be sucessful. As long as Iraqi's think we are there for oil and military bases the killing will continue.

He ripped PNAC when Blitzer read some statement they made about Kennedy undermining the "war" ...Kennedy said "That's the same "outfit" that got us into this on false information!" (not a word for word quote but pretty close)

He was on fire...never once backed down no matter what Wolf threw at him.

And...he said Condi shouldn't have been "promoted for failed policy in Iraq" and Iraq is draining resources from the real war on terror and getting Osama. He said that the election was about "terror" and that folks didn't want to change because they were afraid.
