When others let us down and Kerry was AWOL, Dennis was one of the less than three dozen Democrats who showed the courage to do what was right.

3. Kucinich both signed the letter and voted "aye."
Only 32 Democrats in the House and one in the Senate voted "aye" to the motion to object to the Ohio electors.

19. HMMM... Henry Waxman wasn't on there, either.
I'm surprised at that. I'm surprised at him. Guess who gets a complaining call tomorrow morning?

7. I am proud to say I shook this giant's hand
when he arrived at a state Organic Farmer's Fair in Maine. I call him a giant, even though I am taller than he because he is a brave man. I admired him before and I admire him now.

12. I've shaken his hand a few times
also in Maine, go figure. I heard Dennis speak twice before the primaries and, I attended the Maine State DEM convention as a Kucinich delegate. Dennis is my hero.

9. He's one of the few with real integrity.
(Though I admit I'm disappointed that he caved the week before the convention.)

10. Dennis Kucinich is a great American
"We have weapons of mass destruction we have to address here at home. Poverty is a weapon of mass destruction. Homelessness is a weapon of mass destruction. Unemployment is a weapon of mass destruction." "Think about it: you're running for president of the United States, and you're already caving into insurance companies. What's next? Caving into arms manufacturers? Caving into polluters? I'm unbought and unbossed. I'm nobody's boy." Dennis Kucinich

18. "Unbought and Unbossed"
Are Chisholm's words but they also fit Kucinich. I love Dennis. I wish I could have both a Kucinich and Dean avatar here.

11. I voted for Dennis in the Indiana primary back in May
and this was after everyone else had told us to "get over it" and submit to the herd instinct by voting for Mister Electable. I want to comment all those that voted for the challenge to the Ohio electors, including the one and only Senator to do so, Barbara Boxer.

13. I was a state delegate for him, and ran his MN state web site
I've seen him in front of crowds and a dozen people, and he never fails to amaze me. He displays a quiet courage and conviction that is all too rare in modern politics. I am proud to say that I'm still standing with Dennis, because he STILL stands for US. And so do these fine organizatons: www.pdamerica.com www.progressivecaucus.net
