Poll question: How Should bu$h Be Held Accountable For All He's Done?
I, for one, do think bu$h will crash & burn, and his co-horts, fearing for thier own hides, will sing like birds. The following choices are IF he'd be proven guilty to the world?

1. Spirit will handle him.
I've learned that She delivers comeuppances 1000x better than I could even imagine.

I just want to work with the people around us to make sure the damage he does in the meantime is minimalized.

14. Used as leverage to advance peace and justice and kindness and respect..
..and all that other stuff so inimical to his administration--full transparency investigations funded out of his pocket and he should be sent off to be a baseball commissioner.

Cheney should be forced to run a shady lesbian nightclub.
Ashcroft should be the security guard for the still shadier outfit that would be nearby.
Rumsfeld should be their chief marketer.

Wolfowitz should be shunted into a timewarp to a time when someone else ruled the planet.
Tozzi should be shunted into the same timewarp, so as to force him to understand how nice CLEAN AIR is.

Hunter and Hasterd should be sedated and put on the McLaughlin group, always being cut off and unable to express themselves.

Allawi should get marriage counseling and learn to assert himself.

DeLay and Frist should be assaulted with poison gas with no health insurance.

2. Realistically...
... nothing will happen. I wish it was different, but his whole history is a testament to the power of Teflon.

4. He should be tried by a tribunal in Iraq
And then, if he is found guilty, he should serve out his sentence or receive his punishment there.

Maybe they'll just let him off easy with a caning.

9. The international court in the Hague
Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and every other criminal in BushCo should be shipped off to the international court to stand trial for war crimes.

Even though we didn't sign off on recognizing the court, neither did any other dictatorship or war criminal. The point of an international court is to hold accountable those who believed they were above any form of human decency.

10. Actually, I think he should be made to fulfill his tour of duty in Iraq
since he fled from the Guard the first time around. IF he survives, then he should be tried for treason and war crimes and punished according to the law of the land.

12. Shame
(oh yes it's a fantasy)

I want him to live long enough to read about his legacy of destroying America in such a short time. I want him to know how much he is reviled and will be reviled long long after he's dead.

13. People like him have no shame.
Richard Nixon died believing he had become an "elder statesman" and not understanding that most decent people looked upon him as a piece of shit.

...but I dare not mention it, just in case Agent Mike's lurking.

Sent to Iraq to work as a soldier, or better yet, made to live as the Iraqis do. That might humble him a bit...

21. Since his desertion occurred while he was in Alabama
He should be sent back here to serve a stretch on a chain gang picking up trash in the interstate medians -- in August.
