I'll not give up. The 3rd place finish by Dean has given me strength to do better. Instead og giving my 100% I'll give my 300%. Dean supporters have strength.

2. Don't be down!
I like Dean, and I really thought he'd do much better. But it's NOT over, it's just the first round, and I have more confidence than ever that the Dems candidate WILL be able to beat Bush!

I understand how bad this night can feel, and I was really shocked, but it's not that bad, Kerry, Edwards and Dean now form a core group, and Clark and Joe have yet to play the game.

You'll feel better tomorrow!!!

;)

5. This is just the beginning.
We've still got a LOT of campaigning and primaries to go.

The Feb. 3rd primaries will be where Dean shows his real strength.

This isn't over by a long shot.

7. If we have to we'll go third party
If the DNC and it's minions continue to try to destroy Dean we should really consider it. Dean has the org and he can get the money because he is owned by the people.

Edited on Mon Jan-19-04 11:32 PM by nankerphelge
dittos dude. At least now the shrill screeching of the right wing media won't be able to say he's the clear front runner when they're trashing him. He always did better as an underdog anyway.

11. Well..
I'm still behind Dean...and I will be till the end...

Just remember one thing Edwards and Kerry supporters...Dean was the front runner at one time...and the media tore him apart...now it's their turns...they will be in the spotlight and they will go after them now...

just wait and see...

Congrats to Kerry...I just hope that he can stand the pressure that the media put on Dean...

10. This is evidence to me that Dean is affecting positive change.
If this election is not his, then well go to 2008. Weve got the time on OUR side.......***

If it is ours, then it will be OURS. WHATEVER the case, we must keep fighting until Dean is IN THE WHITEHOUSE.

12. Hey, don't be upset!
This is far from over. Dean has loads of money & supporters.

Besides Iowa is not a real good indicator of who wins The nomination.

This is a 4 man race now. Keep your chin up.

14. Iowa Shoots Itself in the Foot
So much for the political savvy of Iowans. The Iowa caucus is over-rated.

16. Look folks. I LOVE Dean.
Edited on Mon Jan-19-04 11:43 PM by BullGooseLoony
Dean is the MAN.

But these other Democrats have told us, tonight: THEY DON'T WANT A FIGHT. They want die quietly, just fade away with the sunset....

They think they're going to be humiliated, no matter what, but for some reason the think that they less that they oppose Bush, the less that they'll be humiliated. They've forgotten the meaning of "self-respect."

It's over, folks. They don't want a fight. I say, hell, let 'em die. I don't care.

20. We don't give up!
If Dean has articulated any point more concisely, it's that we have to FIGHT for what we believe in.

Never give up. Keep fighting till the end and let the chips fall where they will.

19. My goodnes, no need to weep! It's just the beginning...
Historically only 4 winners of IA have won the GE! The winners of the GE have always finished in the top 3 or 4 I think. So, I think this is positive for Dean!

Most polls say that the winner of IA won't be the next president.

Yee HAW! That is what makes this awesome for Dean.

Dean's not done.

Besides, we have 3 great candidates in Dean, Kerry, and Edwards, so we can't go wrong.

23. Good for you
I've been a little harsh toward Dean in the past few days, something I vowed not to do.

The negativity toward Clark pushed me over the edge. But you are working hard for your candidate, and I respect that.

Keep doing what you're doing, and stay positive.

24. Clark supporter loves Dean...
I'll say this... Dean showed this party it has a pulse. The only reason this party has a chance, regardless of who wins (and it could still be Dean) is because Dean showed everyone you could stand up to this President.

And the only thing Iowa shows us is that this is anybody's game. This is the strongest field we've had in decades, and I'd have no problem supporting four or five of these guys (that's three or four more than I usually would).

It's an exciting time to be a Democrat!
