Wasn't Michael Moore the first person to truly get the story out to the spoon-fed "liberal" media about the bin Laden family flights?

Up until that point, it was just a lot of "tinfoil hatters" muttering, nobody really got the statement onto the airwaves, right? January 2002 with Al D'Amato & Alan Colmes present.

Snopes "claims" they owe Michael Moore an apology over that one.

So, if Drudge makes a career out of being somebody who was handed ONE true story to post on his web page, then how come MM is not recognized for what is a major news item that people brushed aside as "nuts" until the Bush misAdministration was forced to admit it?

Originally they said it was false - that the members weren't flown out immediately.

Scopes has done a decent job for the most part. They debunked quite a few nasty rumors during the campaign.
