And the caucus begins at 6.

That would be 7 Eastern time.

I expect results to start coming in at about 7:30 or 8:00 central time, so that would be about 9:30 or 10 for you.

6. Nope, other way around
Eastern's an hr ahead of central, so the caucus, which starts 6:30 Central will be 7:30 Eastern. So I guess that means results will at least partly be in 8:30/9:00

7. The caucuses begin at 6:30 CST, not 6
Breaking into preference groups does not take place before 7pm.

5. I would think most results would be in by 10pm EST
The caucuses break up into preference groups around 7pm CST or a little later. The discussion and realignment takes an hour or so. Then after the final alignment into preference groups, the precinct chairman phones the result into a computer using touch-tone input. I would think even the last precincts would be reporting well before 9pm CST/ 10pm EST. Since everything goes directly into the computer, preliminary results should be available immediately. I would expect the result to be clear well before that.
