Charles Taylor owns more land in Transylvania County than you-know-who. He has stated that he doesn't sell land, he buys it. He is an aquirer that loves to screw the little guy. I am a land holder in Transylvania County too, 3.85 acres at Round Mountain. Big deal.

He's got GOP money behind him big time. Investigations into problem with his bank got stonewalled by Ashcroft...personally, as I understand it.
