Is there a residency requirement to be a US Senator or Rep?

Does a member have to live in their state or district a certain percentage of the time?

I ask because of this whole Sanatorium thing with billing a school district in PA well over $ 100,000.00 for cyber schooling, when in fact they appear to live in Virginia all the time?

They do own a house in the school district, but rent the two bedroom house to a young couple.

Might this be some level of fraud?

KDKA must be ReThug, as they buried it later, and had a disclaimer at the end of their much shorter story. They said that Lil' Ricky is Republican, and the neighbor, who is on the school board, is the "Chair of the Penn Hills Democratic Party."
