3. Let's consider this from the tin-foil hat perspective,

now that we've already examined the issue rationally....

Is Bill responsible for the aliens that impregnate our women?

Is he talking to me through my television set when I watch The Simpsons?

4. The flip side....

...is that anything good that happened in Clinton's term is because of Reagan or the republican congress.

What really galls me is when they excuse Bush for not being prepared for a terrorist attack because..."who would ever have imagined that such a thing would happen." Yet...they blame Clinton for not getting Bin Laden...because he SHOULD HAVE foreseen the future, imagined planes flying into the WTC....
