What scandal will break in 2006?

I see a pattern. In the past 30 years, all our two term presidents have had some scandal break in the second year of their second term:

Richard Nixon: Re-elected in 1972, Watergate breaks in 1974.
Ronald Reagan: Re-elected in 1984, Iran-Contra breaks in 1986.
Bill Clinton: Re-elected in 1996, Monica Lewinski scandal breaks in 1998.

Chimpy Shrubya Arbusto: Re-Selected in 2004, ____ breaks in 2006.

What'll it be? I think that if this voter fraud story has legs and it can be connected to White House, we may be looking at Dieboldgate.

1. I think it would be poetic justice

for it to be some kind of sex scandal. No one has to die or suffer, and us liberals get a laugh-everyone wins!

I'm afraid what will break (probably something in the vein of terrorism) will be responsible for a tremendous amount of human life (more so than our current situation). I hope I'm wrong.

9. Notice a pattern?

When it's a democratic president, the scandal is sex-related; when it's a republican president it is actually something of substance. Methinks because the democrats take the repugs to task for significant nefarious deeds, whereas the repugs like to dig up the sleaze to get their holier-than-thou constituents up-in-arms and ready to burn their victim at the stake (so to speak).

12. Bush and Condeleeza in an affair!!!!

No one can tell me that those two are not hooking up! Bush can't say a word in the English language, but he sure knows how to say Condeleeza! Just watch them together. They're as giddy as two teenagers. This would be the ultimate scandal. What would all those red state voters think of their god having an affair with a black woman, of all people.
