1. I thought ALL informed Democrats questioned AWOL's service record.
It's just that no one ever interviews me.

2. I like what Clark implies here:
Clark, asked later by reporters if he agreed with Moore's characterization of Bush as a "deserter," said: "I've heard those charges. I don't know whether they're established or not. He was never prosecuted for it.

If Bush/Rove can't see straight thru this implication, they're both blind AND stupid. However, Rove isn't stupid, and I think he knows exactly what Clark is saying. GET THEM ALL, GENERAL!!!

4. And Clark is one of two candidates who have the most reason to ask.
John Kerry being the other. I hope some comentator in reporting this story reminds folks that Clark took four bullets in Viet Nam while Shrub got into the Texas Air Guard over the heads of others more qualified, then refused to take a physical and somehow got lost in Alabama. Of course, they won't, but it would be nice if they did.

3. This is one reason why I want Clark to our nomminee.....
he can go after Bush on military service. He can say, "George, you are a DRAFT DODGER and I served my nation PROUDLY for 36 years in the military"!

We'll all get a kick out of watching the Rethugs, Ann KoulterKamp, Sean "Hitler" Hannity, and Rush "Looser" Limbaugh try to smear Clark. They will have their asses handed to them; and they will look like idiots when they try to question his patriotism!

5. Yeah, especially Rush
"Let's see, you couldn't serve because of hemmerrhoids. Didn't you know you could have an operation to correct that?"

8. Was this picture taken
in Manchester NH? I saw a guy wearing this outfit at the Holiday Inn last Saturday. He gave me some of the patches you see on the back of the flight suit. Funny guy.

10. Its from the Pembroke rally
I found it on BartCop it said:

Jimmy Walker wears a mock flight suit to make fun of U.S. resident George W. Bus, before a campaign stop for U.S. Democratic presidential candidate retired General Wesley Clark in Pembroke, New Hampshire, January 17, 2004.

7. This is what having a Clark or a Kerry can do for us.
It gives the media and other interested parties a reason for bringing up AWOL. They can't really do it otherwise without appearing "biased." Clark and Kerry open the floodgates on Bush's entire fraudulent character, not just his missing year in the guard.

9.  Deserter has a certain ring to it, doesn't it?
Clark is the one who can really put it to Bush. He won't be pushed around. Wanna call him a republican? He pulls out George McGovern's endorsement. He's right on all the social/economic issues Bush is wrong on. He has a clarity of vision and the intelligence to carry it out.

12. this was an issue for Mr Gore 4 years ago
four years as CIC pretty well rubs out whatever happened in the past.

Better stick with the present if you want to have a chance of winning.

16. Ya! Clark is the best person to make this the issue it should be for
a Commander in Chief.

Kerry is well positioned as well, but not a four star
general, NATO commander, etc.

If not for them, Chimpy will get a free pass on the issue
as he did in 2000, in spite of starting multiple wars and
killing tens of thousands.
