Question: Does anyone know how many provisional ballots were cast in OH?

Before people jump all over Kerry for conceding, I think we ought to try to find out the answer to this question. If Bush was leading by 135,000-140,000 votes, and it turned out that there were only 130,000 provisional ballots (NOBODY has been able to substantiate claims of 250,000 provisional ballots, as far as I can tell), then it definitely made sense for Kerry to concede.

but each precint/district has 2 repubs and 2 dems that vote on whether the vote is to be determined <B>valid</b> if its split the vote gets tossed it needs a 3-1 or a 4-0 validity test

so they approved 136000 out of 250000? a little over half maybe thats acceptable

Kerry needed 135000
